About the Opportunity
- Record expenses and ensure they are correctly recorded under the proper general ledger accounts
Generates payments to vendors by following established procedures for processing disbursements through cheques or bank wire transfers
Post, verify and reconcile invoices
Maintain necessary filing and retain all accounting records
Maintain vendor account reconciliations to ensure timeliness & accuracy with records
Maintain A / P subledger (including aging and tracking payables)
Additional duties as required such as special projects, month-end reporting, financial analysis, and assistance with audit requirements
About You
1+ years of full cycle experience
Outgoing, team player is a must (see interview process)
MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups) is an asset
Use Great Plains is an asset
Pay Range
21 - $22 / hour
