Adecco is actively seeking a General Labourer on behalf of our client in Halifax, ON. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $35 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning construction sites, performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment, and assisting other workers with a focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities :
Ensuring that the work site remains clean, organized, and free of debris, which includes removing waste, sweeping, and preparing the site for the next phase of construction.
Conducting basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure everything is functioning properly and safely.
Operating various hand tools to assist with the movement of materials and basic construction tasks.
Supporting your team members, including moving materials and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Adhering to site safety protocols and ensuring the work environment is safe for all employees.
Assisting with the transportation of building materials and supplies around the construction site.
Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Have at least 5-10 years of residency in Canada for security clearance purposes.
Are local to Halifax, ON.

Grinder Experience
Possess experience working on construction sites or in similar industries, with an understanding of cleaning procedures and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Demonstrate strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour tasks in all weather conditions.
Maintain a high commitment to safety and follow safety protocols at all times.
Have a team-oriented attitude and are willing to assist colleagues with various tasks.
