The Opportunity
BrandActive has enjoyed a tremendous period of growth and is looking towards its next evolution, focusing on unifying go to market teams, scalability and sustainable growth. We are a niche firm, with a unique and differentiated selling proposition. To support our next phase of growth, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Marketing Specialist, Contract to support BrandActive’s event marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will coordinate and execute conferences, speaking engagements, events, and webinars that drive brand awareness and client engagement. This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of extension, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on BrandActive’s growth and client engagement efforts.

Responsibilities
Event management & logistics
- Lead the sourcing and decision-making process for event sponsorships and speaking opportunities, reviewing attendee and speaker lists for alignment with our ideal client profile (ICP), and cultivating connections with key CMO communities (i.e. CMO Alliance)
- Plan and execute logistics for conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, and other events, prioritizing ROI and ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with BrandActive’s strategic goals and measurable business outcomes
- Secure speaking engagements at key industry events in front of our ICP, ensuring these opportunities drive revenue and enhance BrandActive’s market presence
- Coordinate conference logistics, including registration and booth setup; serving as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries, managing vendor coordination, sponsorship negotiations, and attendee communications
- Support the coordination of training sessions and the creation of enablement resources and content, specifically related to conference logistic and sponsorships
- Expand sponsorship exploration, including presenting BrandActive as a sponsor, coordinating giveaways, collateral, and swag to align with brand and objectives
- Oversee the production of printed materials to support event participation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
- Support the planning and execution of regional events, aligning efforts with organizational goals and priorities
- Contribute to the development of additional events and event strategies that support the business’s goals
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
- Act as a liaison between BrandActive and event sponsors or partners, ensuring alignment and successful execution of sponsorships
