Description de postePrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes as per menu Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Ensure food safety standards and sanitation protocols are met Monitor portion sizes and reduce food waste Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow Full-time role with 8-hour shifts Flexible availability required (morning, afternoon, evening shifts) Weekends and holidays as needed Currently on a valid PGWP, SOWP, or BOWP Minimum 6 months of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen Located in or willing to relocate to Alberta or nearby areas Minimum 3 years of full-time cooking experience in a commercial setting Francophone candidates welcome (French not required) Must be eligible for LMIA or Alberta PNP sponsorship High school diploma or equivalent English language proficiency (CLB 5 or higher) Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen operations Familiarity with health and safety regulations Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a team Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) Express Entry & Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

We are hiring a full-time Cook for a well-established restaurant in Alberta, Canada . This opportunity is ideal for individuals already in Canada on an open work permit—including Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP), or Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP)—who are seeking long-term employment with LMIA support and a pathway to Permanent Residency (PR).
