As a Cleaner / General Labourer, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our specialized manufacturing plant remains a clean and professional environment for all staff. This position is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate who demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic.

Location: Exeter, ON
Pay: $23.23/hr
Shift: M-F 6am-3pm

Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize all washrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas daily to maintain hygiene standards.
• Sweep and mop floors in hallways, offices, and designated plant areas within the Manufacturing & Logistics facility.
• Perform dusting of surfaces and equipment in office spaces and common areas as required.
• Empty all garbage pails, including large bins in the plant and smaller bins in offices, ensuring they are emptied by hand safely.
• Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at the end of every shift.
• Support various departments through flexible labour duties to ensure the smooth flow of

Qualifications
• Ability to report for work in Exeter, ON daily for the 6:00 am start time.
• Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory for this Manufacturing & Logistics site.
• Must be physically capable of manual labour, including bending, reaching, and lifting 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in a Cleaner / General Labourer role is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential.
• Reliability is a must, as the cleanliness of the facility is critical to daily operations.
• Willingness to complete all tasks manually, including waste removal.
