The Total Sanitation Services family of brands now has strategically located branches in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Oregon, and Texas.
We are currently pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions of leading portable sanitation providers throughout North America.
Our vision is to be North America's sanitation services provider of choice in the markets that we serve.
About the Role We are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
This role is focused on lead generation.
If you are naturally curious, confident speaking with people and enjoy the thrill of “the hunt”, this role is for you. It doesn't hurt to have a thick skin and bounce back quickly from rejection, either!
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and prospect new customers through calls, emails, and online research.
Reach out to past and existing customers to uncover new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects and opportunities in HubSpot.
Support the sales team with booking requests, order creation and customer follow up.
Handle inbound inquiries related to bookings, service changes and general questions.
Continuously seek new ways to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a related role.
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
A proactive “hunter” mindset with a willingness to learn.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools. HubSpot experience is an asset.
Collaborative mindset to partner with internal teams.
Ability to work in a team setting with inside and outside sellers.
Education High School diploma.
