New-Line is looking for an experienced

• Account Representative
• to join our expanding company. This role will be home based out of Burnaby, BC. The successful applicant has a passion for winning, growing and retaining business and for providing exemplary customer service at all times. • Core Job Responsibilities
• Research prospective customer opportunities by assessing potential and ROI
• Make telephone warm and cold calls, send emails, host virtual meetings and when needed perform in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to create a stable customer base within the given Territory
• Qualify new accounts; identify needs and personally provide quotes and follow up
• Review, understand and negotiate terms and conditions with customers
• Maintain existing customer accounts through service and attention
• Respond to customer inquiries, orders or quotes in an expedient and effective manner
• Maintain accurate calendar and CRM databases
• Role Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years industrial B2B Field Sales experience required
• CRM, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred
• Passion for industrial sales and service
• Mechanically inclined
• Previous Hose & Fitting knowledge would be an asset
• A valid class 5 Drivers License with clean drivers report and a clean, well kept vehicle in good working order
