Responsibilities :

Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person, providing timely and professional assistance.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Accurately document customer interactions and ensure data entry is completed.

Qualifications :

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
