Permanent Full Time
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Education & Engagement, you will be responsible for facilitating group retirement education session(s) and developing education and communication strategies to maximize engagement and participation in retirement plans. A key measure of success in this role will be driving outcomes including the retention of client assets, increasing membership / contributions, and the transfer of assets from other financial institutions.
Accountabilities :
- Primary focus on educating and servicing clients.
- Create and execute annual communication and education strategies.
- Work with Plan Sponsors to emphasize and encourage plan participation, maximization, transfers in and enrolment in voluntary plans.
- Manage sessions with emphasis on time and cost management (travel budget).
- Create and deliver member presentations and written communications within Canada Life marketing guidelines.
- Actively support the implementation process and develop member communication and education strategies.
- Work closely with Client Relationship Managers to ensure appropriate educational sessions and communications are provided to clients.
- Participate in finalist meetings to demonstrate how Canada Life supports members throughout their journey.
- Partner with the National Education & Engagement team to create and improve content of Group Retirement Services standard sessions, coordinate both in-person and virtual education sessions, and share best practices.
Required Competencies and Behaviors :
The base salary for this position is between $58,600.00 - $97,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components.
