Description de posteOversee restaurant staff to ensure efficient daily operations Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards Train and mentor new and existing employees on restaurant procedures Assist in scheduling staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to prevent contamination Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients Handle cash transactions and balance sales records when required 8-hour shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) Monday to Friday, with weekend availability Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant supervisory role Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor Fluent in French and English (Francophone candidates preferred) High school diploma or equivalent English language proficiency ( CLB 6 minimum ) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food preparation, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) pathways Canadian Experience Class & Express Entry support
