POSITION : Quality Control Technician REPORTS TO : Quality Supervisor

OPPORTUNITIES

In this role you will get a chance to learn our unique processes and techniques and champion quality control for Silver Hills! Some of the main challenges include staying organized in a fast-paced environment and effectively coaching production staff while demonstrating consistency and follow-through. At the same time, this provides the opportunity to support, maintain, and achieve high-quality standards for our delicious, plant-based products.

EXPERIENCE

You have experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in a food production facility

You have an undergrad degree in a relative discipline

NICE-TO-HAVE

Formal education in related field or 1-year relevant experience

THINGS YOU WILL DO…

Monitor incoming ingredients, and key quality parameters

Support quality complaint investigation by retrieving retention samples

Collaborate with various teams such as R&D, QA, and operations to ensure alignment with company priorities and strategic targets

Conduct shelf-life studies and compile reports

Complete data entry and record keeping. Regularly filing records and document management

OTHER....

You are willing to work flexible shifts to cover for vacations, sick days or leave if required
