Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will help establish and mature our IT Risk Management landscape. As part of the 1st line of defense, you will optimize and maintain their IT Risk Program, providing strategic and technical support to manage technology risks effectively.

You will lead and develop the IT Risk Program, and update IT policies, standards, and risk assessment templates. Your role will include maintaining and communicating the IT Risk profile, providing strategic guidance on governance and risk matters, and leading remediation efforts. Promoting risk awareness and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen IT GRC's value proposition are also essential.

They require experience in IT risk management, governance, and compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial. You should be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and have knowledge of the three lines of defense model for risk management.

Experience with financial services, public cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, ORACLE), agile environments, and the Service Now GRC platform is preferred.
