Position : Window Caulker

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Caulker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper sealing and insulation of windows in residential and commercial buildings. If you have experience in caulking, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply.

Hourly Rate : $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule : 8-hour shift Day shift, Full-Time

Responsibilities :

  • Apply caulking materials to windows to ensure proper sealing and insulation.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing old caulking or debris before applying new sealant.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas that require caulking or re-caulking and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Select and use appropriate caulking materials based on the type of window, weather conditions, and building specifications.
  • Operate and maintain caulking tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications :

  • Proven 5 years experience as a Window Caulker or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and proficiency in using caulking tools.
  • Proficiency in the application of caulking and sealing techniques, surface preparation, and the use of related tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal) to coordinate with team members and provide status updates.
  • High-rise experience is a must
  • Prior experience working with Swing Stage and Bosun chair is an asset.

    • Desired Experience :

  • Experience in Poured and precast concrete sealant
  • Curtain Wall caulking
  • Masonry control joints
  • Exterior windows and doors
  • Expansion joints

    • Certificate : Working at Heights

    Expected Start Date : March 2025
