A thriving, collaborative, high-tech dental office in beautiful Slave Lake, AB, is looking for one or two passionate Registered Dental Hygienists to join its unique team of 24 people. Invite a friend, your partner, or come work with them by yourself and you will never be alone!

Some of the Perks:

  • Top-Tier Pay: $65–$75/hr (annual reviews), including a paid 1-hour lunch (Effectively $69–$79/hour).
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 at 90 days + $5,000 at 1 year ($10k total).

  • Full Support: A dedicated sterilization assistant, a hygiene coordinator who keeps your schedule busy, a collaborative team and continuing education.
​​​​​Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
  • True 8-5 Pay: Patients are seen from 8:30–4:30, but you are paid for the full day (8:00-5:00).

Requirements:

  • Dental Hygiene Diploma/Degree + registration and good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • New Grads Welcome! No experience? No problem. We value talent and attitude over years on paper.
  • CPR certification is mandatory
  • Soft Skills: Must be a patient-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment: Looking for someone ready to join our community for at least 2+ years.
  • Software: The office uses Abeldent but experience with it is not mandatory.
