A career with CSL is both stimulating and challenging, and we are continually seeking skilled and passionate individuals to occupy key roles throughout our company.For more information on CSL Group, please visit our website : https : / / www.Cslships.Com / en.Duties and responsibilitiesFull-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET and Angular, ensuring performance and scalability.Data Management : Develop and optimize data pipelines, databases, and integration solutions for business intelligence needs.Microservices : Build scalable, flexible microservices architectures.Cloud Services : Deploy applications on Azure, optimizing for compute, storage, and databases.DevOps : Automate build, deployment, and testing using Azure DevOps Pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.Infrastructure as Code : Manage infrastructure with architecture as code principles for consistency and repeatability.Event-Driven Architecture (Optional) : Develop event-driven solutions for efficient event handling and asynchronous processes.Automated Testing (Optional) : Implement automated testing to ensure software quality and stability.Client Collaboration : Work with clients to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.Technical Leadership : Mentor junior developers and improve team development practices.Optimization & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues to enhance system performance and user experience.Documentation : Create clear documentation for architecture, design, and deployment.Qualification and skillsBachelors degree in related field. 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in .NET (C#) and Angular for scalable web applications.Expertise in best coding practices to ensure quality code.Hands-on experience with microservices and data management.Strong experience with Azure services (e.G., App Services, Functions, SQL Database).The ability to tackle complex technical challenges, and learn quickly new technologies and programming languages.Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Self-sufficient and proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Able to work directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies and their integration (full-stack).This is a full time, salaried position.
