Position Overview
Our Client’s commitment to Customer Service is what sets them apart. The team is committed to doing what's right for the customer, not just what’s right for the business. They value practical support, clear communication, and treating people like people.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Senior Product Support Engineer is responsible for managing new business opportunities, responding to inbound inquiries, and ensuring customers are matched with the right solution. Acting as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, this role supports product selection, troubleshooting, and project coordination through to successful delivery.

You’ll be a key point of contact for both new and existing customers—providing technical guidance, supporting issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships through thoughtful follow-up. By pairing technical insight with timely communication, you’ll help convert opportunities, resolve challenges, and build long-term customer trust.
