Our client is looking for a Plant Controller who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of accounts as well as providing strong analytical recommendations to make business decisions.

About the Opportunity
Support the evolution of S / 4 HANA ERP
Prepare and record all necessary plant related journal entries
Manage the timely completion of the month-end financial close for the plant
Demonstrate awareness of all elements of a plant’s financial statements
Prepare all post months end close plant financial analysis, performance reports and meaningful commentary
Prepare and coordinate the annual budget at the plant level
Prepare, maintain and analyze product standard costs
Partner with plant management to increase plant efficiency and profitability
Prepare analyses to understand the financial ramifications of current and proposed business actions
Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses / solutions to plant issues
Oversee and reconcile inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
Analyze and reconcile plant related balance sheet accounts
Support external, internal, and statutory audits
Travel and support to other sites or corporate office may be required occasionally
Ad hoc analysis as needed
About You
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
CPA, CMA or MBA preferable
4-7+ years of increasing responsibility,
Experience with Manufacturing is preferred
Salary Range
95,000 - $110,000 / year
