Summary of Role :
The Resource Coordinator - Senior at BMO will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional client experiences through event planning and execution. They will work closely with senior executives, manage budgets, logistics, and communications, and ensure operational efficiency.
Project :
Creating and delivering great client experiences through internal and external events for BMO Financial Group.
Years of experience :
Minimum 2-3 years in event management and project management expertise.

Design and deliver exceptional client experiences
Develop event strategies and plans
Coordinate internal and external conferences
Manage event budgets and logistics
Interact with senior executives and clients
Ensure quality control of events
