Responsibilities

  • Accountable / responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers.
  • Field and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Administration duties for Service Department : looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service
  • Maintain customer relations as a top priority
  • Issuing / receiving of purchase orders for service department.
  • Opening and closing of work orders, scheduling of work for technicians
  • Timecard entry
  • Warranty administration

    • Requirements

  • 2 + years of related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators, and Marine industry is an asset.
  • Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, outlook, word, excel and power point
  • Parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial or generator
  • Basic understanding of business principles; WIP, sales tracking, etc..
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
