Position Status : Permanent Full-Time

We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team's day-to-day activities. The perfect candidate is someone eager to build their marketing experience in a hands-on environment. You'll assist with a variety of marketing tasks as well as own a few yourself. While previous experience is helpful, we also value your willingness to learn and grow with us.

Pure Treats is a leader in natural dog & cat treats and food, and has been offering pet-parents pure, natural and nutrient rich options since 2005. PureBites and PureSnacks branded products are available through leading North American pet specialty stores as well as in retailers such as PetSmart, Walmart, and online at Amazon & Chewy. We are a fast-growing pet food and treat company that has been leading in its categories for 20 years.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Trade shows : Manage all Pure Treats trade show execution details
  • Print Advertising : Manage All Pure Treats Print Advertising execution details
  • Public Relations : Manage All Pure Treats Print PR execution details
  • Price Lists : Manage all Pure Treats Price List Execution Details
  • General Office Administration : Organize office events, executive team requests, sample room, and general office organization
  • Product development support : Help R&D team with executional product development and artwork review
  • General Marketing Support : Lead gathering and cataloging of marketing and sales data
  • Customer Service Support : support customer service as needed, including engaging with our community on social media
  • Trade marketing support : Lead trade marketing efforts and sales team customer marketing requests
  • Donations : Lead the company’s product donation efforts
  • Marketplace Support : Assist with operational management of marketplace businesses on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify
  • Website Support : Lead updates to our retail store locater database
  • Online Advertising & Social Media : Aid in the execution of Google and Meta marketing campaigns

Desired Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills :

  • This entry level marketing position requires strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with a proactive desire to grow and learn all aspects of marketing

    • Must haves :

    o   Strong oral and written communication skills

    o   Fluent in written and spoken English

    o   A self-motivating positive “can-do” attitude

    o   Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

    Nice to haves :

    o   A marketing or related college degree or 2+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods

    o   Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva or other related marketing software / platforms

    o   Love of everything dogs and cats!
