We specialize in a wide range of technologies, including desktop support, servers, networking, and data center solutions. Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, we serve clients across multiple countries and locations.

We are currently looking for experienced IT engineers to support our onsite service requirements in Nelson.

Role: IT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual)

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering onsite technical support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform operating system installations and re-imaging activities.
Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests.
Document support activities and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
