Key Responsibilities:
▪Maintain Accounts Payable Electronic Files
▪Process expense reports and auto-debit invoices
▪Data entry of invoices.
▪May perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences of relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.
Qualifications:
▪Administration/Accounting Diploma/Certificate
▪Previous experience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
▪Experience with Microsoft D365 or Visual is an asset
▪Must be highly organized, accurate and be able to do basic mathematical computations with a high degree of accuracy.
