- Create and execute a vision for scalable growth across the Commercial division setting and achieving ambitious revenue and customer targets
- Build and implement advanced systems for customer acquisition marketing CRM sales and retention to drive a seamless customer experience
- Leverage datadriven insights to design targeted marketing campaigns that enhance acquisition loyalty and retention
- Maximize the effectiveness of CRM systems to improve customer engagement retention and decisionmaking
- Build mentor and inspire highperforming sales and marketing teams with a focus on collaboration accountability and financial growth
