Description de posteWe’re looking for a forward-thinking designer who challenges the status quo and pushes the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-driven experiences You’ll ideate and co-create prototypes alongside AI, test concepts with real users, iterate with the team, and bring final designs to life in collaboration with engineers. 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products in SaaS, Cloud, or AI-driven industries, with hand-on expertise in user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and A / B testing. Experience in building AI-powered products and / or in transforming UX processes with AI. Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design and Design Sprint A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving ability, and compelling end-to-end design solutions. Define and validate product–market fit, taking ideas from zero to one. Bachelor's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Established in 2014, the Distributed Scheduling and Data Engine Lab is Huawei Cloud's technical innovation center in Canada. The lab focuses on researching and developing advanced cloud technologies, supporting the productization and iterative optimization of its technical achievements. Current research areas include cloud multi-agent system, cloud native databases, infrastructure resource scheduling and prediction, cloud-native middleware, and user experience studies. The lab fosters a robust technical environment, allowing collaboration with industry experts to create a highly competitive cloud platform.
About the job :
- As a key member of our UX team, you will lead the design of innovative product experiences that explore emerging technologies like AI, while also helping evolve our design processes and ways of working to drive continuous innovation.
- Conduct comprehensive user research to identify user needs, goals, and behaviors, focusing on emerging trends and technologies. Translate research findings into compelling design solutions.
- Take the lead in designing intuitive and engagingend-to-enduser interfaces for future projects, considering the unique challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies.
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and key stakeholders.
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influences stakeholders to elevate craft and execution.
