Description de poste

We are looking for a talented UI / UX Designer to join our team and craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, technical proficiency, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Create design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Design intuitive user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
  • Build navigation buttons and search fields.
  • Develop and present UI mockups and prototypes to internal teams and product managers.
  • Troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness.
  • Adjust layouts based on user feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, icons, and images.

Profile Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-5 years of proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Skilled in wireframing and prototyping.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Effective time-management skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills in French and English.

    • Assets :

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Familiarity with conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with certification standards (e.g., UL / ULc, EN54).
