- Manage payroll operations for multi-provincial (Canada) and multi-state (US) environments, including deductions and remittances
- Ensure the payroll to union and non-union employees adheres to collective agreements and legal requirements
- Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate reporting for financial reporting
- Stay current with payroll regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
