We are currently recruiting for Casual Office Clerks to join our team and work in an engaging and rewarding environment! Sturgeon Public Schools are located in Sturgeon County just a short drive from the cities of Edmonton and St. Albert. Sturgeon Public Schools are located throughout Sturgeon County north of the cities of Edmonton and St. Albert. We are a rural community and as such our casuals would require a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to access the various locations.This position may be required in our Central Office in Morinville or in any of our surrounding schools.Qualification & Attributes : Professional demeanor Energetic / enthusiastic Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in an environment where there are multiple unplanned interruptions Educational / Professional Requirements : High School Diploma, supplemented with an Office Assistant Certificate (or similar) plus 1-year experience working in an office environment Power School experience is an asset Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, Website Management and troubleshooting media communication / TV systems and Social media management experience is an asset First Aid would be an asset Hourly Rate : $17.87 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.ABOUT STURGEON PUBLIC SCHOOLS Sturgeon Public Schools prides itself on doing things a little differently.
