Description de poste

Job Description :

1. Problem / Incident support and platform management - detailed investigations of incidents / problem reports to evaluate root causes and ensure implementation of targeted, SLA-driven, value added and controlled remediation plans. Provide single point of contact for business communications related to production incidents; escalate as required.

2. Patching, certificate renewals and infrastructural changes

3. Security vulnerability assessment and remediation

4. Provide Disaster Recovery support by assisting in defining / reviewing disaster recovery plans and by managing and conducting DR testing.

5. Peak Season preparations and monitoring, targeting for no service disruption during peak season.

6. Collaborate with Application development and L2 support teams to provide technical expertise.

7. Participation in the handover reviews to support and use the information from BSP / TSP projects to update the L3 knowledge base for ongoing support.

8. Develop & maintain application & infrastructure monitoring processes for ERT & IERT applications with the objective of providing capacity & availability of the application to consumers.
