We are in a growth phase and are seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced global team environment and works with the customer throughout the software implementation process to provide expert product and implementation knowledge, ensuring that the products are ready for customer use.
Reporting to the Professional Services Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for participating in all phases of customer implementations, from requirements gathering, installation, scripting, configuration, integration, training, testing, to go-live activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales services for software implementation, scripting, upgrades, and migrations.
- Work closely with customer and project team to ensure all deliverables are executed successfully, with quality, on time, and on budget.
- Rapidly generate customer trust and confidence.
- Display a high level of technical knowledge and consistent service throughout all interactions.
- Gather requirements for the solution delivery, working closely with Customer and Vendor understanding use cases, commands, and parameters.
- Drive onsite project workshops and consultation with the customer.
- Provide customer-facing technical documentation, including Acceptance Test Plans.
- Write high-quality scripts as required for the solution delivery, migration, static data import, etc.
- Maintain detailed issue tracking, action items, and troubleshoot customer issues throughout the project.
- Deliver onsite and / or remote product training to customers.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to hand off project to technical support.
- Act as a liaison between the customer, sales, other professional services colleagues, engineering, and technical support.
- Develop best practices for the services’ team.
