The Challenge : Prove You’ve Got What It Takes

At Deck, we don’t hire BDRs the usual way. We believe that before you can sell, you need to understand the product inside out.

So, we’re running a Deckathlon to select our next two full-time BDR hires .

  • We’re hiring Junior BDRs for a sprint .
  • Your mission : Run quality checks on our data integrations, maintain a seamless customer experience, and prove your execution skills.
  • There will be metrics, competition, and real incentives tied to performance.

The Deal

For your Training Phase (TP) – 8 weeks :

  • 17.00 / hour Base
  • up to $25-30 / hour for on target performance💰
  • In-person role at our Montreal office.

    • If you are retained after TP :

  • 25.00 / hour Base
  • up to $40-50 / hour for on target performance
  • Opportunity to springboard into a sales executive role after 1 year .
  • In-person role at our Montreal office.

    The top 2 will receive a $5,000 signing bonus and a full-time BDR offer at the finish line.
