Position Overview

As a Slide Attendant & Tower Host , you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable experience for guests at Malahat SkyWalk. This dual-role position involves overseeing the operation of the spiral slide, engaging with guests at the top of the tower, and providing helpful information about the attraction. Your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills will enhance visitors' experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

In this role, you will :

Slide Attendant Duties -

• Greet guests and provide clear instructions on proper slide usage
• Monitor the slide area to ensure guest safety and smooth operations
• Enforce safety rules while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Assist guests in entering and exiting the slide safely
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the slide and surrounding areas
• Communicate with team members and management regarding any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Support other Malahat SkyWalk departments as needed to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Position Type : Part-time (with the potential to move to full-time hours for the summer)

Position Status : Seasonal
