The Company has a well-established reputation for delivering innovative and internationally competitive products to our customers.We also have : Rewarding and very competitive compensation package (Base on experience)Potential annual bonus (based on performance)An excellent benefits program starting day one for you and your familyAs an employee, you’re entitled to fantastic employee discounts on our great lineup of major appliances.Counselling services for you and your familyKey Responsibilities : Play a key role in driving domestic sales and profitability for our brand / product.Deliver new opportunities to the business via pipeline developmentMaintain a regular call and visit schedule for dealer stores and sales associatesManage the brand and product portfolio sold to retailersExecute all of our brand / product promotions with dealer storesForecast monthly sales by brand and retailerCreate a strategic business plan in conjunction with retailers and territory.Manage positive customer and end-user relationshipsDeliver brand / product presentations to owners and buyersTrain sales associates on new product launches and brand initiatives.Negotiate contracts and liaison with internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in all sales initiatives and activities for independent accounts.Basic Qualifications : University / College graduate in business / marketing or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of sales experience in consumer durable goods. Home appliance industry knowledge is preferred.Assertive, results-driven individual who works well in a team and on their ownShows initiative, stamina and perseverance with an entrepreneurial spiritExcellent selling and solid negotiation skills.Possess strong computer and analytical skills, with SAP knowledge being an asset.Strong business acumen understanding of key financial measurementsStrong interpersonal, exceptional customer relation and networking skillsAbility and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (overnight travel as needed)Must have a valid driver licenseIf this sounds like you and you are excited to join our team, please apply now.Disclaimer : The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this job.
