Speech   Therapist   (ST)   Job   Description / Requirements :

• Evaluation / Treatment   of   Patients :   Complete   evaluation   and   treatment   of   patient   (Adult   patients)

Assist   in   evaluating   level   of   function   and   in   developing   the   plan   of   care.

Provides   Continuity   of   Care :   Ensure   appropriate   planning   for   patient   discharge / reassessment.

This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $95-120 per visit.   visits   are   45   minutes   in   length.

We   also   accept   applicants / contractors   in   different   parts   of   Los   Angeles   County,   Orange   County,   Riverside   County   and   San   Bernardino   county .
