Department : Distribution Centre – ARC’One Reports to : Manager,Warehousing and Logistics Business Process Location : New Westminster, BC - This role is primarily based out of our New Westminster office, and is open to hybrid work Work Arrangement : Flexible, between in-office and home Pay Range : $44,700 - $55,100 per annum dependent on year of study and related experience Duration : Four (4) months, May 5, 2025 - August 22, 2025 Hours Per Week : 40 hours per week, M-F Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX : As Process Improvement Engineer Co-op, your role is to analyze and document current processes in Warehousing and Logistics and to support Arc’teryx Supply Chain with data input, analysis and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement. Meet Your Future Team : Our team within warehousing and logistics focuses on enhancing supply chain efficiency through data insights. We work closely with cross functional departments to streamline operations and improve overall performance.

If you were a Process Engineering Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing :

  • Analyzing processes and equipment criticality, prepare operations sequence, and analyzing flow of operation.
  • Problem solving and developing corrective action plans for non-conformances.
  • Collecting and analyzing data across multiple systems resources to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout to improve processes.
  • Providing data input, analysis and feedback on various process improvements for the Warehousing and Logistics team to support overall Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Creating, evaluating and revising detailed process flow charts and SOPs to ensure cross functional alignment to drive efficiency and collaboration.
  • Supporting with major warehouse automation project and related process changes including but not limited to forecast planning and labor capacity planning.
  • Analyzing current system output and establish related KPI metrics.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations through data and visualizations.
  • Support change management and process stabilization
  • Participating in special projects as needed that is related to productivity and automation improvements.

  • Enrolled in one of the following programs : Industrial, Mechanical, Process, or Textile Engineering, or Operations / Manufacturing Management
  • Intermediate computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of 6S and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
