Recruiter actions : Responsibilities :

• Clearly communicate customer requirements and craft experience solutions that delight our customers while also meeting business objectives & deadlines.
• Participate in user research activities to gather requirements; this includes interviews, ethnographic observation, workflow analyses, and contextual inquiry.
• Communicate customer requirements through storytelling, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual / functional design specifications.
• Craft alternative design proposals to validate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with Development & Product Management partners to negotiate project scope and ensure customer experience is one of the three core considerations in product planning (Viability, Desirability, Feasibility).
• Deliver design documentation for use by a wide range of audiences including Software Development, Test Development, Technical Publications, Sales, and Marketing.
• Review feature implementation, test plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy of desired application results.
• Lead efforts to work collaboratively across teams and orgs to ensure cohesive workflows.
• Maintain familiarity with other company products and competitive products to ensure compatibility with proposed feature sets.
• Lead presentations and discussions with customers, developers, and internal stakeholders to drive resolution on proposed features and functionality.
• Look beyond immediate experience challenges to understand how solutions fit into a larger ecosystem, across channels, touchpoints, and platforms.
