Le rédacteur technique aura pour mission de rédiger un manuel complet et précis fournissant des instructions détaillées pour la réparation et l’entretien des composants structurels de l’aéronef Bell 525. Il devra également rédiger des manuels techniques similaires pour tous les modèles d’aéronefs Bell.

Sommaire des responsabilités

  • Effectuer des recherches et approfondir ses connaissances sur les composants structurels et les systèmes de l’aéronef Bell 525
  • Collaborer avec des experts pour recueillir des renseignements et des spécifications techniques.
  • Rédiger des instructions claires, concises et précises pour l’exécution des tâches de réparation et d’entretien touchant tous les systèmes et composants structurels des aéronefs.
  • Organiser et présenter l’information de manière logique et conviviale.
  • Veiller au respect des normes et réglementations du secteur.
  • Revoir et réviser les manuels en fonction des commentaires et des mises à jour.

    • Exigences du poste / Qualifications

  • Au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérience en entretien des aéronefs et une bonne connaissance des systèmes aéronautiques, de leurs interfaces et de leur fonctionnement.
  • Maîtrise des outils et logiciels de rédaction technique tels que FrameMaker et Arbortext.
  • Compréhension de base de la norme S1000D, du langage XML, des applications interactives de manuels techniques électroniques et des systèmes de gestion de contenu requise.
  • Facilité à interpréter des documents techniques (p. ex., dessins techniques, spécifications et normes) requise.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à l’organisation et à la communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe.
  • Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
  • Excellentes connaissances en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et / ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

    The technical writer will be responsible for writing a comprehensive and precise manual providing detailed instructions for the repair and maintenance of the structural components of the Bell 525 aircraft. They will also be required to write similar technical manuals for all Bell aircraft models.

    Summary of job description

  • Researching and understanding the structural components and systems of the Bell 525 aircraft.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather technical information and specifications.
  • Writing clear, concise, and accurate procedural instructions for the repair and maintenance of all aircraft systems and structural components.
  • Organizing and presenting information in a logical and user-friendly manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Reviewing and revising manuals based on feedback and updates.

    • Minimum required qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years in aviation maintenance experience with an understanding of aircraft systems, and their interfaces and operations.
  • Proficient in the use of technical writing tools and software such as FrameMaker and Arbortext.
  • Basic understanding of S1000D, XML, IETM, and content management systems is required.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation such as engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Functional knowledge in French is required
  • Excellent communication skills in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and / or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
