Description
The Advanced Engineering Team is a critical part of the vehicle development with responsibly to ensure overall interior level feasibility and target setting.
- Confirm the technical feasibility of future vehicle platform and underbody architecture definitions
- Drive platform consistency across vehicle programs, architectures, and modular underbody systems
- Lead advanced underbody and platform packaging studies to ensure system integration feasibility
- Converge on key program targets and propose arbitration for trade‑off decisions
- Deliver platform and underbody architecture outputs aligned with program milestones
- Support platform material and sustainability strategies and drive implementation into future programs
- Develop and manage platform concept validation through digital (DMU) and physical mock‑ups
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure system‑level alignment across vehicle domains
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated working knowledge of vehicle underbody/platform development
- Fundamental knowledge of vehicle systems interaction / integration
- Understanding for interior requirements with regards to safety and functional requirements
- PMP Certification
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of WINDSOR, ON.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
Workplace TypeThis is a hybrid position in WINDSOR,ON.
