Description de posteEstablish program goals and deliverables with the customer as well as with internal departments and stakeholders; Lead, take ownership and be accountable for assigned programs; Define and manage scope, schedule, cost of overall program schedules; Be the liaison between the customer, sales and internal departments and stakeholders (quality, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, finance, customer service, etc.); Lead weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings, keep log of actions until they are closed; Ensure products are delivered according to the program and contract terms (from POs receipt to product shipments); Lead and coordinate contract definition, review and approval procedures following contract guidelines; Ensure execution per agreed contract terms; Participate with Project Managers in new developments or contracted product changes; lead the overall process; Provide forecasting, revenue and margin projections; Report program status, including financials, deliverables, quality, major issues and escalations and customer satisfaction; Participate to bid process and writing of proposals or quotes; Finally, look for continued process and quality improvement. Your duties
UN APERÇU DES DÉFIS QUI VOUS ATTENDENT :
- Établir les objectifs et les livrables du programme avec le client, les départements internes et les parties prenantes;
- Diriger, s’approprier et être responsable du programme assigné;
- Définir et gérer les aspects du produit en terme d’échéancier, de coût et de qualité;
- Faire la liaison entre le client, les ventes et les autres départements et parties prenantes (qualité, production, achats, R&D, finance, service à la clientèle, etc.);
- Diriger les rencontres clients hebdomadaires / mensuelles / trimestrielles, maintenir les registres d’actions et faire le suivi jusqu’à la fermeture des actions;
- S’assurer que les produits sont livrés selon les termes du contrat (de la réception de la commande jusqu’à l’expédition);
- Diriger et coordonner la définition, la revue et l’approbation de contrat selon la procédure établie;
- S’assurer de l’exécution des termes des contrats;
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projets au développement de nouveaux produits ainsi qu’à la gestion de changements; gérer le processus dans son ensemble;
- Fournir les prévisions de matériel, de revenu et de marge;
- Fournir l’état des programmes en termes : financier, livrables, qualité, problèmes, escalades et satisfaction de la clientèle;
- Participer à l’élaboration et à l’écriture des propositions;
- Enfin, voir à l’amélioration continue des processus et de la qualité.
