Tasks

  • Manage and oversee the company’s digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels).
  • Develop and coordinate the content calendar to ensure a consistent, engaging, and cohesive online presence.
  • Create content strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and company visibility.
  • Create, write, and publish original content tailored to various platforms, including posts, photos, videos, and visual assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and showcase company initiatives.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Monitor digital trends and propose creative ideas to continuously enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Participate in various marketing projects, including events, campaigns, local partnerships, and business development initiatives.
  • Travel occasionally to different locations to create authentic content highlighting teams, customers, and products.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role involving social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
  • Experience creating content, including writing, photography, video production, and visual design.
  • Ability to develop content strategies, analyze performance results, and propose innovative ideas.
  • Self-motivated, creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a strong asset.
  • Portfolio demonstrating achievements in content creation and social media management is an asset.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for required travel.
  • Professional bilingualism in French and English is required (approximately 50% of communications are conducted in English).
