We are currently seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Team Lead to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join our team serving clients in REMOTE, Victoria, British Columbia (CA-BC) or REMOTE, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CA). Victoria based applicants are preferred, followed by Vancouver based applicants.

Our clients need digital solutions for business intelligence and analytics that will transform their business so they can succeed. As a team member you will make these digital solutions come to life. You will routinely deliver solutions to clients that will impact their products, customers, and services. As a consultant, you will operate as a lead in your role and be able to craft solutions directly with client engagement.

Once You Are Here, You Will :

• Lead BI software development, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop, construct, test and maintain BI Dashboards and reports
• Work with data engineers and customers to ensure development work aligns with business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Develop data models
• Use SQL and BI tools for dashboard development
• Identify ways to improve dashboard and report user experience and response times
• Conduct research for industry and business best practices related to reporting and analytics
• Use large data sets to address business needs
• Deliver updates to stakeholders
