Key Responsibilities

Power BI & Data Visualization (Primary Focus)

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards

- Translate business requirements into performant data visualizations

- Develop and optimize DAX measures and data models

- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS)

Data & Integration

- Build and maintain data connections to various source systems

- Design efficient data models

Power Platform & Application Development

- Develop and enhance Power Apps

- Create and support Power Automate workflows

Azure & Microsoft Cloud

- Support Azure resources related to analytics and integrations

Microsoft Business Applications

- Customize and support applications such as Dynamics / Field Service

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Power BI development experience

Core Technologies

• Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• DAX
• SQL (T-SQL preferred)
• Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
• Power Automate

Microsoft & Cloud Technologies

• Azure SQL / SQL Server
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Logic Apps
• Dataverse
• Microsoft 365 & Security concepts

Programming & APIs (assets but not required)

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API
• REST APIs and data integrations
• JSON, OData
• PowerShell for automation and administration
• C# or .NET

Dev & Data Practices

• Version control (Git / Azure DevOps)
• CI/CD concepts for Power Platform or Power BI
• Data governance and security best practices

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (Field Service, Customer Service, or similar)
• Knowledge of data warehousing or lakehouse architectures
• Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Power Platform, Azure)
