Requirements
What you will do :
- You will put new customers in production
- You will process production tickets
- You will run scripts Oracle and PostgreSQL provided by support in production
- You will write install and update procedures
- You will create and modify accounts in the active directory and Office 365 admin console
- You will fix any issues and solve problems related to employee workstations and laptops
- You will update systems to apply security fixes
- You will work with the team to forecast hardware and software provisioning
- You always keep security in mind
