Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve their physical function and quality of life. Your expertise in medical terminology and hospital environments will be essential in providing comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Educate residents and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.
