Become a Managed Services Administrator in Sarnia, Ontario with BearCom, a top wireless solutions distributor. This hybrid opportunity focuses on customer engagement and technical service implementation.
As a part of the managed services team, your responsibility will be to implement and operate key systems while ensuring client satisfaction. Your expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks and prior experience in mission-critical environment management will be pivotal. The role includes rotating on-call responsibilities, emphasizing your technical and soft skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement various managed systems and services
• Deliver exceptional customer support and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations as required
• Support monitoring of network infrastructures
• Collaborate to troubleshoot system issues
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in managed services
• Skilled in LAN and WAN networking protocols
• Experience with Windows Server and various Linux distributions
• Valid Ontario driver’s license; clean driving record
• Must pass ongoing police or criminal history checks
