The Role

The Server Analyst is responsible for the administration and support of server infrastructure across a global enterprise environment. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of server systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to support business operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual server environments (Windows / Linux)
• Respond to and fulfill data restore requests
• Fulfill service requests and resolve incidents using Monday as the primary work management platform
• Support global data center operations and cloud-based infrastructure
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
• Participate in change management processes to ensure controlled implementation of system changes
• Work closely with vendor partners to coordinate support, maintenance, and project activities
• Maintain documentation for server configurations, procedures, and standards
• Identify and investigate hardware and software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement an action plan for resolution
• Enforce server standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Provide after-hour support and on-call support as required
• Maintaining Distribution Lists
• Act as an escalation point for service desk analysts
