Senior Java Fullstack Developer / Lead

Job Description

Join Capgemini as a Senior Java Fullstack Developer / Lead. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications, real‑time integrations, batch processing, and microservices using Java, Spring, and related frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop real‑time integrations, web applications, and batch processing applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
Debug and troubleshoot systems, test, and manage project deployments and production releases.
Balance project development and support activities while maintaining high quality and clear communication.
Collaborate with business partners and vendors to clarify business requirements.
Execute code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, conventions, and best practices.

Required Skills

12+ years in Java development with strong software engineering expertise.

Extensive experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Spring MVC.

Proficient in JavaScript, React, JSP, and RESTful / SOAP API integration.

Experience with Spring Data JPA, JMS, design patterns, and web services.

SQL proficiency and relational database experience.

Knowledge of AWS services, Apache Ignite, and cloud‑native continuous integration environments.

Agile methodology experience with JIRA and GitHub.

Strong analytical skills, original thought, and the ability to mentor junior teammates.
