The position also supports compliance initiatives, segregation‑of‑duties (SoD) remediation, and ongoing security operations across SAP platforms and integrated applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with functional teams, technical teams, audit partners, and business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and maintain secure SAP environments that meet organizational, regulatory, and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end SAP Security and Authorization support for S/4HANA and ECC systems, including role design, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of SAP roles, including creation, modification, optimization, and retirement, ensuring alignment with business processes and security best practices.
  • Administer access controls, user provisioning, and authorization assignments across SAP systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance and audit activities by preparing documentation, responding to audit inquiries, and ensuring adherence to security frameworks and standards.
  • Perform Segregation‑of‑Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation, working with business and technical teams to design secure workflows and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support security requirements for Concur, Ariba, and SuccessFactors integrations.
  • Utilize SAP security tools and methodologies, including PFCG, SU24, SU01/SU10, and Authorization Object analysis, to maintain secure system environments.
  • Support the use of Audit Information System (AIS) and contribute to risk assessments, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of security controls.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of SAP GRC 10.x/12.x (if applicable), including Access Control and risk analysis capabilities.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to strengthen security posture, streamline access processes, and enhance system governance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP integration experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong expertise in ABAP, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SQL, SFTP, Python, and or Java.
  • Experience with SAP Integration Services, Azure API Management, and enterprise middleware platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage integrations in complex enterprise environments with strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
