Are you eager to make an impact and bring fresh ideas to a dynamic industry? This is your chance! We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional to develop, execute, and manage engaging business development marketing initiatives for our client's product solutions and services. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our client's growth in Canada by leveraging both modern and traditional marketing strategies to support corporate goals.

If you're fluent in English and French—both written and spoken—you’ll have a strong advantage in this role.

This is a 14 month contract, which requires the successful candidate to work onsite 5 days per week at our client's office in the Square One area of Mississauga.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute multi-channel, bilingual (English and French) marketing campaigns that highlight the value of our client's product solutions and services.
Research and identify new marketing opportunities that align with local business objectives and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with Corporate and Americas Marketing teams to adapt global and regional business development initiatives for the Canadian market.
Identify synergies between business development, end-customer, partner, and distributor marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the Canadian Marketing team to create and implement marketing plans, events, content, and communications.
Develop targeted content and communications to support business development campaigns.
Partner with Product Managers to understand upcoming product launches in Canada and craft effective marketing strategies.
Measure and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

2+ years of marketing experience.

Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).

Experience in B2B marketing, including developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into clear, engaging messaging.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and error-free work.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.

Creativity, enthusiasm for marketing, and a strategic approach to branding.

Occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.

May need to work outside regular hours or on weekends as needed.

Up to 15% travel may be required.
