Description de posteA Bachelors degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience; Five years in a Content or Knowledge Base maintenance role; Proven ability to manage multiple projects that require seeking internal validation and feedback; Experience overseeing translations strong asset; Outstanding communication skills in English and French (written and verbal); other languages such as Spanish are an asset; Attention to detail; exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail. As a Content Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consistency, efficacy and impact of Global Excel Management customer facing content. The Content Management Specialist will oversee the prioritization of optimizations across several channels including but not limited to the virtual help center FAQs, automated email templates and member portals. You will also support other departments’ initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What does your typical day look like?
- Develop baseline KPIs for business stakeholders to evaluate impact content;
- Prioritize content updates against business objectives and customer feedback;
- Regularly update and refresh existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment in support of strategic business objective and industry best practices;
- Transform technical content into content suitable for the audience;
- Establish evaluation protocols to quantify content efficacy and impact;
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure translated content is accurate and relevant for the audience against the business objective.
