    • We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality hardwood flooring, dedicated to providing exceptional products and service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team and help expand business in Canada and US.

    • Job Description :

      • As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and stores within your assigned region Ottawa. You will also identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on the flooring industry, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

    • Responsibilities :
    • Manage and grow relationships with flooring stores and clients in the assigned region.
    • Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients
    • Present and promote our hardwood flooring products to potential customers
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
    • Conduct regular visits to client locations, maintaining a visible presence in the market
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
    • Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies effectively
    • Qualifications :
    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
    • Strong understanding of hardwood flooring products and the flooring market
    • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Ability to travel within the assigned region.

      • Job Type : Full-time

      Pay : $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
